So I used to notice that a lot of girls were into me at first, but then sometimes Idk what to say and the conversation dies.

I've also noticed that many topics on this sub are about guys afraid of approaching girls. I believe that one part of this fear comes from the fact that we men don't know what to say when we walk up to that cute stranger.

Like, duh, how do I let her know I like her without being a creep or boring AF ?

Well guys I've noticed something lately. If you just talk to the girl in a NORMAL WAY that's most of the time enough.

What I mean by that is that we watch sooo many pick up videos and pick up techniques and everything. It's getting overboard. Most of my successes come from me just walking up to the girl with something like "your socks look funny lol where did you get them", not when I try to HandOfGod them on the dancefloor or some advanced push/pull technique.

Because the thing is that, if you like a girl, you're gonna be aroused and naturally "try" things while having this normal conversation. Of course, you'd have to know how to handle a normal conversation to begin with.

And then I stay around and I talk, untill it's time to take her number or pull her.

Can you guys relate ?

Basically, not trying works so well. The whole try-harder thing is more situational IMO, like, when there is another guy coming in, or when she is getting bored whatever you do, etc. But that's not the case 90% of the time if you are already having a NORMAL flirt.
