Push pull

Push-Pull is a good technique if it is applied properly. It is not about insulting girls, it is about taking pressure off of the compliment (the pull). You can, however, make the joke (or push) insulting if you want to... but it isn't necessary.

So an example is: "You have the most beautiful eyes... that I have ever seen on a Wookie" (A compliment that will linger with her, softened with a joke)

Oh ok. I like what I'm reading. Iv been working on myself in ALL those areas actually. Now could u give me some examples on how to apply this? It takes a wile for me to understand stuff.lol

Well push pull is really just spiking her emotions in different directions. But to me, this and having value come from the same place, a place of feeling on the top, knowing you're bear and she's the fish; you show value by actually valuing yourself way more than her. Your health, your mind, your body, your finances and what you do with them, and overall, your needs as a man. This is what I work on, and it comes out in how I talk and behave with women, and it's worked.
