Normally I just go for the kiss if it goes well, but honestly I don't do it if it goes TOO well. The reason I ask this question is because I went on a date with an amazing woman. Highly educated, great job, amazing personality and we have a lot in common. She really likes me and won't stop asking to hangout, she takes initiative, makes reservations, and told me she has never clicked with someone so well on a first date. However, she's also VERY mildly religious and is not into hookups, which I do respect a lot and appreciate. I'm here trying to connect with people better, sex is just a perk. Anyway, I want to kiss her tomorrow, but would it be appropriate to kinda look her in the eyes and just say "Can I kiss you?" Consent is sexy and I really respect her and wouldn't want to break any religious boundaries that I may not know that she follows because we follow(ed) the same religion which also has the rule of no being physical at all til marriage. We're both westernized but I still don't want to disrespect anything.
