I'm 20/M and want to get a girlfriend while I'm in college. Only went on a couple "dates" but they didn't go well. I have had friends that were girls that I met through my guy friends but I don't talk to them anymore. I think I have decent social skills but I can be awkward around people I don't know at all, especially girls I find attractive. I go to a large public university. Some people say I should pick up girls in classes but this is hard to do since there's like no time to talk while in a lecture and I don't know what I would say. I also am nervous about joining a club where I don't know anyone. The only people I talk to consistently are my immediate friend group who I have known since freshman year and live with. Ive tried Tinder but it never turns into anything past some basic conversation and I don't get many matches lol. So should I just approach girls at my university? I don't know what else to do.
