Ok I was about to fall asleep and had this thought occur to me.... yeah it's one of those posts.

I'm 24 and I've had 4 girlfriends (or at least if my life were a movie, 4 main "female interests" so far). And each of them is easily 8+ when I'm a solid 5-6 at best. Each time the relationship wound down over time, which I guess I just chalked up to the relationship not working. Incompatible people or something. But each successive relationship has been longer, the first one lasted maybe 4 months, the second about 7 or 8, the third a little over a year, and the latest one over 2 and a half years. Probably, more than anything, I'm maturing more and more into a stable man that's learning to make relationships actually work. But I think there's even more, specifically with how they started.

The problem solver in me really got to thinking about it, and I realized something important about how, or really when, each of these relationships started. The first one started soon after I got my first job when I was 17, she worked with me. The second happened when I moved across the country to start a new life in a new place, I went to school with her, I was 19. The third was about when I was joining the army and got in arguably the best mental and physical shape of my life (I didn't ultimately go through with joining the army.... long story for another day), another girl I went to school with, I was 20. And my latest relationship started when I got my first respectable job, which was managing a kitchen, I was 21, almost 22.

Every single relationship corresponds pretty directly to a major turning point in my young life. Or more so, the beginning of each one does. And I think there's a few conclusions that we could possibly draw from this: A) When I'm single I make the most dramatic/confident changes in my life B) When I'm going through tumultuous times I naturally seek out a relationship and/or C) Going through these times causes something in me to become more attractive to women. I don't think A is the case, because of the last decade I've spent the better part single and it seems like pretty random chance that just about the same time I make a major change I end up in a relationship. I don't think B is the case because, again over the last decade, I've been pretty relationship-oriented, and I've even been with women I brushed off because I felt they weren't really dating material.

That just leaves C in my mind. And really C is the most logical anyway. As I'm going through a life-changing (in a positive way) event, I am going to be feeling higher and mightier. My walk has a little more swagger, my talk is a bit more commanding. Girls can feel a guy who is accomplishing things, they can almost smell it off us. To a girl, their ultimate win isn't to get a perfect 10, their goal is to get a 5 they turn into THEIR 10. So even if you're a 5, if you're accomplishing like a 10.... you're even better than a 10. Plus, if you're coming off a huge win, you're not hanging off a girl for your success. You make the success to give out to others, not the other way around.

What's the takeaway from all this? Don't stop accomplishing. Personal success. You want to get in shape? Get in fucking shape. You want to make more money? Then start making some bank brother. Whatever you want to accomplish, go out and get some. Whatever your goals, fuckin GET IT. The bitches will follow. Just learn some game along the way to refine your technique even more for when that time comes, but most importantly, achieve. Whatever that means for you. Achieve.
