We all have things about us that we believe is "unattractive". Your choices are to hide them or own them. Women like shoes, but one thing they like more is self-confidence. If you need the shoes, it is what it is, so own it. Have fun with it when it comes up in conversation. Give the shoes a fun "backstory" or customize them (paint them, bedazzle them, whatever). Make them a conversation piece, however ridiculous. Just don't be ashamed of having to wear them. Shame is the turn-off, not the shoes themselves. Good luck!

Like the others already told you dont think about it as the thing why you can't attract women. Just improve the rest as good as you can.
Now that I know it s easier said than done I googled and found some diabetic shoes which are not much different looking than "normal" shoes. For example the new balance one I looked them up on healthyfeetstore Hope I could help you
