It looks like you already know what you did wrong. She told you that guys coming on too strong turns her off and you did that. I don’t think you completely screwed things up, just give it at least a week before you contact her again. You should really address the reasons why you showed too much interest and work on resolving that though.

No, this message didn't destroy anything. Maybe a bit boring, but whatever. I doubt it did any harm. It sounds like she doesn't want a relationship with any guy. But she's cool sleeping with you.

If you want to keep it that way - keep going after other women so you don't get attached to her, be non-reactive if she's seeing other guys, don't talk to her about your feelings, and meet up with her mainly for "Netflix and chill" type stuff or drinks followed by that.

If you want a relationship (in general) and won't want to deal with her seeing other guys, then break it off and tell her that you're looking for a relationship and she's obviously not.

Move on AND this will actually also blow the door wide open for you to get her when she is ready for a relationship if you were the one with the balls to break it off for your own desire.

If at any point you find out she IS looking for a relationship, then just slowwww down, let her know you'd be cool with a relationship, but DON'T try to get her to be your girlfriend. Just keep seeing her until she asks if you are her boyfriend, or exclusive, or where is this going, etc.
