Chill. Don't get angry. If you wanna meet her, agree. Have a plan B because she might flake again and again. That can be mind numbing.

However, it doesnt mean shes not interested. I had situations where I texted a girl on and off for 3 months and suddenly we met and things went crazy. Sometimes they want to but are in a bad situation.

Keep it low effort, or quit it. your decision. Date other girls in the meantime. Just do NOT get invested and put any high hopes into it.
