I mean - what do You expect? Are You going to put yourself in a long distance relationship with her? How often can You afford to go to the US? If so, it will be hard.

If I were You I would not consider her anything more than a friend, and keep it that way. There are surely awesome woman in UK which You haven't met yet, but with not so complicated logistics issues.
