Some back story: I’ve been away on a business trip for the last couple of weeks and I’m driving home now. Obviously my girlfriend and I have been apart for a while now and I wanted to have a really special evening, cook her dinner, light some candles listen to some music etc. I keep passing billboards advertising some adult superstores along the highway and I thought it might be nice to buy her some nice lingerie

Side question: is that something that men do? Is it weird from a woman’s perspective to have a man buy her lingerie, is that more something she does for herself? I’m not sure what her sizes are and I’m worried if I guess and get her something too small it will just hurt her self esteem. Do you think I should take the risk and buy her something nice and fun or just skip that.

Anyway, I also thought it might be nice to buy myself something sexy to wear. The problem is I feel like, with women’s lingerie, you can find things that are very sexy but at the same time they are classy, sensual and romantic. However with men’s lingerie, I’ve never seen anything that isn’t just overtly sexual in nature. It’s mostly just leather shit and male thongs. I don’t have a problem with male thongs, I have a few, but is there something I can wear overtop to kind of build to that? I was thinking maybe some silk pants and maybe a masculine silk robe?
