Girl here: that lady is understanding enough of you to know that she would get nowhere by dropping subtle hints. I'd say she's really nice for being so accommodating.

The real question is, do you think she's attractive or interesting? Because if she had wanted a one-night stand, mentioning a boyfriend (or lack of) would not be the way to go. I think she's looking for something more 'long term'than that. But don't let that spook you, either. She was chill enough to be playful about all those instances you've mentioned, so she's been patient with you so far.
