I’m currently living in Korea and have been exclusive with a Korean girl for about 4 months now. Up until a month ago she has been the most ridiculously caring person I have ever gone out with. When I casually mentioned that I couldn't meet her on a Sunday due to suddenly becoming deathly sick, she brought me groceries and tried to help me get better (she was kind of shit at it but I appreciated the idea). She also has no problem dropping money on events for the two of us (She bought expensive musical tickets near the front on Christmas).

The problem started from about a month ago when she has started pulling back. By North American standards, Korean people text A LOT. So when she went from bombarding me all the time to what it is now and how she holds her posture, I can tell something is off. I’ve been in enough relationships to know that she’s being different due to becoming too comfortable with me. This is definitely my fault but regardless I am only in the country for about 4 and half months more and know it will come to an end anyways.

So I already know that I should be moving on, but I guess my question is about how I approach this.

  1. Break up and find other girls.

  2. Continue seeing her (primarily for sex) but also start up Tinder and then end it with her once I re-establish myself. (I fucked up here and dropped the girls I was seeing for her)

We have this next weekend planned for her to stay over at my place (next to impossible for Korean girls from a decent family to do until marriage) and she’s planning to cook (I’ve done for her in the past). I guess I’m asking all of this because I’ve never done anything shady in an exclusive relationship before.

It’s also important to note that it is often said in Korea that anything before marriage isn’t really taken seriously and she’s said that at this point in her life she just wants to have fun. I’ve also been a great Korean(I’m not Korean) boyfriend to her, but I'm assuming that I should take this as a hint to do what I want.

Thoughts?
