Two things.

First. Stop texting her immediately like a friend. Wait 1 or 2 days, then text her something interesting about yourself. But after you do it, don't get immediately back into a conversation with her. Text and delay. Start responding to her in longer and longer intervals. But when you do respond, make it seem really exciting and interesting. You need to spark interest in yourself. It might honestly be too late from the sounds of it but if you really like this girl, it's always worth a shot IMO. Better knowing than left wondering, you know? Probably the biggest difference between friends and more-than-friends is physical contact. During this bar hangout, did you initiate contact in any way? Touch her arm, her leg right above the knee, etc.? Easiest litmus test IMO. See if she reciprocates and escalate from there.

What you talk about might be important but in my experience what you talk about is less important than how you talk about it. And by that I mean be playful, be funny but only if not trying too hard, listen to what she says and demonstrate your interest by asking questions that dig deeper, and hopefully it flows well.
