Personally seems waaaaaay too close to home, literally. Think about the break up or rejection fall out. A girl I worked with dated another coworker and felt like she couldn't break up with him till he got fired. He was a shitty coworker that everyone hated, so it wasn't hard to get him fired, but she was a major proponent. She admitted to me that she convinced him to break rules that led to hes firing. If you guys break up, someones gonna have to move out, and I bet neither of you wants the sucker to do so. This will cultivate into a mess of trying to get each other to break the terms of the lease or blackmailing you into moving out. Just date someone else, who doesn't live next door. She confides in/hangs out/is cool with you cause youre the only other college student in that apt. Your probably the closest thing she has to a college roommate. Like 30 year old full time workers dont want to listen to her bitch about some guy fucking around with her and definitely dont have the time to help her carry shit from the grocery store. I think you're missreading the situation and are venture into a zone that is one of danger.

Make sure you think there's a good chance she's into you and then just go for it. Me and my bf got together a week into living im shared accommodation. Ask her to hang out one on one, try and gauge how likely she is to want a relationship without put doing anything creepy like stealth dating.

Also, if you do get together, try and keep the PDA to a minumum so you don't annoy the crap out of other housemates or force other people to feel uncomfortable if it ends badly. Move slowly, and keep communication open.
