Went up, said hi. How ya doing? We met yesterday through a friend. You headed somewhere? She was off to a birthday party, so I asked whether she's free tomorrow (Saturday) and said I was wondering if we could grab a drink. Her birthday tomorrow but she said we can definitely do it next week. Talked a little about her birthday and I mentioned sharing contacts to keep in touch. We both took out our phones and I saved my number in hers put my phone back. (I have her number now).

As I was typing my number she told me she has a boyfriend (not a lie). She said she doesn't know what I have in mind but wanted to make it known. [my hands were kinda shaky and I thought I should say something like, "I don't do this often" but didn't and neither of us mentioned it] I was still focused on the phone when I said,"and I have a goldfish" girl, "that's nice" me (handing phone back)," you know, it's irrelevant to just having a date" girl," yeah"

Alright good day, bye, nice meeting you again

And we parted ways
