Let me tell you this buddy from someone who has a lot of success with women. Women aren’t shit trust believe and take it from me. I say that to say this you shouldn’t base your self worth on your value to women because they have very little intrinsic value. Do what you can to improve yourself or get wealthy and once you do and see how they flock to you and how vapid, flaky, and fickle they are you will feel the same and loook back and laugh at these times when you allowed them to affect your self esteem.
