If she's interested she wants you to ask for her number. Just ask her. If she says no she's just being polite.

As to how you actually do it, that depends on how the conversation developed. If you've been making some dominant bad boy play then tell her to give you her number. Or even just grab her phone and call yourself.

If it was more like normal conversation "I'd love to continue this conversation over dinner" works. You don't have time to be super smooth, and she'll respect you for being forward.
