1) "Sure/fine." You can add an eye roll or something but I wouldn't say no.

2) "If you say so."

3) "I knew I should have brought my high heels!"

4) Some dismissive comment like "okay." If it is really a shit test you don't have to respond.

Drop this then pretend like nothing was said. Purposefully misinterpreting statements works wonders.
