Depends what type of approach you're going for. The direct or indirect approach. I find direct approaches weed out alot of the girls that are disinterested (they can also be busy atm) , that said, you may also weed out (just a few) girls that would be more interested when indirectly approached. Make your interest known to her. A good way to approach would be to just do it and be open. 'Hey this is gonna sounds so random but I thought you were really cute and wanted to come talk to you for a bit', and then you can ask a question.
