I like to try to learn from sets where I feel I messed up and actually might have had a shot as opposed to the sets where you are like instantly rejected and you likely did nothing 'wrong'. You just weren't her type.

I opened 2 girls fairly indirectly and commented on the hotter ones fashion and got them both talking a little bit. After a few mins, my friend joined in the set and all 4 of use were kind of talking. But I just struggled to ever really make it 'man to woman' or to properly escalate. I think for a few reasons. Felt weird telling her I liked her in front of her (and my) friend? My friend wasn't really talking to the other girl that much and it almost felt like we were 'competing' for the hot one at times, lol (he has a GF but still likes chatting up girls),

I'm trying to think of how I should have played it. Maybe tried to isolate her under the pretense of joining me at the bar or something? And in terms of escalating, would just dropping a statement of intent and basically telling her I think she's cute or whatever have been good? I always to to give a sexual 'vibe' witth body language, eye contact etc, but I feel like I needed to just 'go there', tbh. Be braver.

I know that PAU wisdom is that you don't give these statements of intent until she is giving you massive IOI's and you know that she's into you, but in the real world, that just honestly almost never happens in my experience (unless you're hella handsome), but I've banged girls before by just escalating even though I sense very little interest from her. But in this instance it felt more difficult being a 2 set and having a wing who was a bit all over the place
