There are 6 go-to venues I always rely on when I'm feeling more shy and introverted. They're actually the ones I wished I used when I was starting out (instead of hitting up bars and clubs), as I would've got a lot better results.

I'm 60, in a land of an absurd abundance of "too young" women (not that _I_ mind!). Been pumping daily since late December, I was already lean, now I'm looking reasonably good (actually for 60, more like "excellent", and after a few more months it'll move to "mildly ripped").

I've done tons of yoga in the distant past and use yoga stretches daily as part of my workout. I would definitely not make a fool of myself re: the actual "class".

Question is, is it just "too much" to drop into these classes? Kind of grossly obvious? I don't know, I guess I just have to go and see what the vibe is. I can certainly do the "cowpoke yogi older zenlike surfer dude" frame, not a problem. Those yoga classes just strike me as a huge opportunity zone, particularly for 30-40 somethings who are just not getting it properly from their overweight boyfriends or husbands who've lost interest. I've recently opened (street, park) a couple different women (more middle aged) both into or headed to yoga class, that really got me thinking, "I've got to my butt into those and see what it stirs up!".
