So there is this girl who comes into my work all the time and we’ve had plenty of interactions, mainly just small talk but we both seemed to have enjoyed it for it was and have made each other laugh/ complimented each other’s appearances at times. Anyways I’ve had a different schedule recently so I have not seen her in what seems like forever and today I did just happen to see her. Just said f*** it and I went for it, gave her my number on a sheet of paper and hoped for the best. She texted me and I felt the butterflies fluttering in my stomach but after we talked for a little she did inform me that she had a BF but that I seemed chill enough for her to be friends with and was flattered I asked her. Point is I just want to thank you guys I’ve been a long time lurker on this sub and I wouldn’t have had the courage to do this without the help of you guys. I’m going to shoot my shot at another girl tomorrow and everyday after because it seems like I am capable of attaining not only what I want but what I never thought was possible before and all it takes is not being afraid of failure.
