I personally know two "regular" guys (i.e. Non-rich, non-celebrity) who had over 100 partners. One is a dating/lifestyle coach (most of the women he's slept with never knew his occupation) and the other is a saxophonist (very local, you guys def wouldn't know him). I would say from talking to them and seeing them in action, that they have two things in common. They treat socializing with women as simply another part of their lifestyle. Having flirty and sexualized conversations with women just becomes a normal part of their day, like cooking dinner or going to the gym. By doing this, they naturally amass thousands of "approaches" over the span of their life. Even if they only end up fucking 5 percent of the girls they interact with...5 percent of 1,000 is still far more sex than what the average guy is getting.

The second thing they have in common is that they put an effort into their appearance. Both guys are below 6ft in height (so short by western women's standards lol) but they dress fashionably and practice good grooming and hygiene whenever they go out (cool clothes, nice cologne, etc), oh and they aren't visibly overweight (no beer belly, double chin, man breasts, etc).

There is no secret. I haven't slept with 100s of women, but I got over 100 women attracted to me. It's all in the eyes.
