Ask her out. Be confident. The worst she can say is no and she'll probably get awkward for a bit (graduated like 3 years ago I still remember those times lol) but most girls remain friends after. But seriously walk up to her and be confident. You're just overthinking things people can be busy or just flat out don't want to talk some days.

Walk up to her, ask her out for ice cream or something, and let whatever happen, happen. But be confident as in don't be afraid of rejection and if you do get rejected it's cool too. But you'll never know unless you do something.
