It's called a real damn camera, propped on something or a tri-pod with a delay timer.

Maybe your camera phone can do this. Mine can't so I got a camera.

Or you could have someone take a picture for you with the phone/camera.

If the weather wasn't horrible outside would be good but where I am the camera/phone would freeze or get wet and ruined

Timer delay. If you only have a cell for camera you can rig a stand with a metal coat hanger.

Or do a timed photo on your phone.

I'm not sure what the question really is. My topless pic is me relaxing in a chair taken with my laptop camera. Just try different things. They know what's up.
