Why wouldn't you want a conversation first? You need to filter if you would actually want her number right... Filter beforehand so you aren't wasting time.

I don’t mind having a full conversation, but I do mind that guys are always expected to take the lead in those type of things. That shits stressful asf and even worse if you have bad social anxiety.

Yes and no. Yes because and this age of women empowerment they should be doing their share of the initiating. But also know because being a salsa dancer I barely have to talk to them to get a number
