Here's the thing, if a girl doesn't want to fuck you after a week of dating then you are doing something wrong imo, unless it is for religious reasons or some conservative value. But if it is because of the "relationship", that means the relationship you have in the first place is not one were she views you as a lover, but as a provider. Therefore when you go to have sex that takes you out of the provider frame in her mind, and she wants to keep you there. Of course I am only conjecturing from the limited information I have.

It's because before we got together I was looking for casual stuff and she wants to make sure we last more than a month, and sex is coming before that, idk when I'm not planning it out, who knows. But she's just been mega mushy lately, and I want desire and some lust

Honestly.. I don't wanna be an asshole but everytime I see a guy say that a girl is his girlfriend, and they haven't even fucked, I have to restrain myself from from facepalming.
Why do guys do this? Its a really bad frame to get in a relationship, not to mention maybe you have 0 chemistry when it comes to sex, and you don't even know! Why? Cause you didn't fuck! And thats the least problematic thing here. This whole frame of you "waiting" for sex like a good little puppy dog sets the expectations for the whole relationship. Trust me even after you get laid with her, it wont be long after she will start having sex with you less and less.
You messed up agreeing to be in a relationship before sex - (not) sorry if this offends anyone but in 99% cases its true. This demonstrates lower value, lack of abundance, desperation, etc. and dries girls up like the sahara desert. My advice: you can keep seing her but date other girls, she might actually figure out she has something to lose. This is the only way. Good luck!
