Hi I need your help approaching a girl that works at a ice cream tent inside a mall

The story I'm 23 years old and last year after some time I started catching feelings for this girl and her for me, all great but I'm a little shy and afraid of moving to fast, have some traumas let's say After some time all went bad because insecurities and other stuff, she's now gone for another place Fast forwarding to today, it has been multiple times I passed by this shop and always glanced but today I didn't resist and decided to order a ice cream just to get a closer look Unfortunately a guy who also worked there gave me the ice cream instead, she was with a old couple, I just heard her say yellow was her favorite color xd ice cream straw conversation This may sound strange but she's very cute and also there's something about her, that's different After so much time I finally am looking at somebody else

Any tips or help? I'm very shy upon the initial contacts at least and usually I'm approached, I don't approach
