Probably been spoken of a million times in this group (im new here) but too many times men (myself included) have been the backup. The “no” that gets turned into a “yes” at the last minute. The one she contacts/responds to weeks/months after her top priority falls through.

Be the destination at the top of the rock climb. Not the safety line that catches her.

Never force yourself to have to show off your good qualities, if she was the right person (whether a hookup or a prospective fwb/gf) she would see it in you without you having to go out of your way to prove it.

Confident people dont need to prove themselves to anyone but themselves. You know your worth deep down so start acting like it.
