If you open direct, does that then mean that it would be weird to do 'technical game' such as disqualifying the girl, using push pull etc?

Like, opening direct and telling her you thought she looks hot and giving very sexual subcommunications, and then using a 'Todd' type line and being like ''Me and you would never get along'' or like asking her to be your 'wingman' for the night or whatever would be weird?

Is the idea that you either go direct OR you 'run game' (tease, disqualify her, disqualify yourself, act disinterested to make her chase etc)
