We all know depression is a bitch and it's TOUGH to fight your way out of it.

It's well known that activities such as therapy, exercise, diet, sobriety, hanging out with friends, indulging in hobbies and passions, are REALLY FUCKING AWESOME for nursing yourself back to good mental health.

The question is: should you be cold-approaching women during this recovery process?

Most people suggest that you should first learn to love yourself before anyone else can love you.

Still, I'd like to put forward a case for meeting women even while you're struggling with depression and anxiety.

In fact, I'd like to argue that you should be gaming SUPER-HARD.

Momentum (with anything) is awesome for getting out of a slump.

If you're feeling like shit, develop a habit and commit to doing it every day. Perhaps cold-approaching two women every day on the street for 30 days. Or investing in some form of formal pick-up program.

Whatever you choose, when you meet your target for the day, that's something to be super-proud of, especially when you appreciate the power of compounding effect of small wins.

My coaching clients who are super-new to cold-approaching always report back saying that they felt an awesome combination of adrenaline and pride! A sensation that any daygamer can relate when they remember their early days.

Anyway, in order for this 'momentum therapy' to work, you have to learn to judge EVERYTHING AS A WIN.

If you do your two approaches a day, THAT'S A WIN!

If a woman stops and smiles, THAT'S A WIN!

If you get a flaky phone number, THAT'S A WIN!

This is where an enthusiastic coach or wingman comes in really handy.

These 30-day challenges aren't easy, but that's why you can feel amazingly proud of yourself for having completed it.

As a bonus, your game will be way sharper than if you have had waited until you loved yourself.

I've co-launched WhatsApp and Telegram groups for men who want to become incredible with women. Hundreds of guys sharing their success stories, finding wingmen and getting advice on their sticking points. A real brotherhood. To join a group, drop me a private message with your phone number (for WhatsApp) or username (for Telegram).
