What did you think you "messed up" on? What exactly are you worried about?

You can just respond with "lol, whatever. Anyway, what are you doing Thursday? Wanna hang out?" If she continues to act disinterested, just stop replying and delete her number. Simple.

Basically just ignore her "shit test" and change the subject.
