I used to be "you". So, I know your frustrations 1st hand.

The way YOU are obsessed with HER, is the way SHE is obsessed with HIM (ex-boyfriend). Women are designed to REACT, to RESPOND to the presence of man. Men are the STIMULUS, women are the RESPONSE. If she's a magnet, you are the same magnet, pushing her away.

Here's how you 'flip the switch':

Get in touch with your sexual nature/energy/identity.

You are a sexual being, and you're out-of-touch with it. When you're out of touch, women can't feel it or they feel like you're "hiding something" or "not being yourself". Which is true, you're NOT being your real, genuine self, no matter how much you try to convince yourself otherwise, because your true self is SEXUAL in nature.

Somewhere, somehow, you've suppressed your sexual energy. Maybe you watch a lot of porn, jack off to ejaculation, grew up in church where sex is "sin", and view women as mythical beings who don't poop, piss, bleed and stuff their face with food like we do on a daily basis.

How do you get back in touch with your sexual nature? You simply have to decide to feel comfortable feeling sexual in your body at all times and not be afraid, ashame or feel guilty for feeling sexual desires; for BEING a man.

When YOU feel this, THEY feel this...and you wont have to "make" her see you as a sexual option or be seen as more than a friend, because she will start to see you as a sexual partner of her own free-will.

The way you know its working is when women (and gay men) start hitting on and flirting with you first, long before you think of doing it back. In some cases, they'll be the ones hitting on and approaching you.

When you feel this sexual energy in your body and you allow it to flow, it should start from your balls and flow to your head. It should almost feel like mini-orgasms circulating throughout your body. Now, a LOT of men hold back on this feeling and energy because we are shamed and guilted into believing it's "creepy" or "perverted", but what creeps women out is the suppression of this energy, not healthy expression.

When you walk into a store and you get that "look" from a woman, her eyes suddenly go WIDE as in "Wow!", she kind of "stalks you" or does all types of clever things to get your attention, you are in your sexual energy.

It has NOTHING to do with tricks or techniques. That's surface level stuff. What I'm telling you here is to key to seducing and flirting with a girl with just your sexual presence alone...and they will squirm. This is also how you cure anxiety so girls no longer intimidate you nor do you feel you need their approval.

So, here's what I do:

That morning wood you get first thing in the morning...FEEL THAT SHIT! Don't try to 'make it go away'. Don't go brush your teeth or try to make it go down. Feel the energy from that and let it circulate in your body with basic breathing. Enjoy it. Meditate on it. Let it circulate. Get used to FEELING like your having morning wood throughout the day. That's your sexual energy. The problem is you naturally feel it when you wake up, then you "kill it" and hold back when you're around women. Women can FEEL that power, and they need to feel your sexual power to see you as sexual being. If they can't feel it, they assume you're not sexual and can only see you as a friend.

Don't ask me how women can sense this, they just can. It's pretty incredible, tbh. It's like they somehow {"know" when you feel sexy, and when YOU feel sexy, it turns THEM on. It's not the other way around like you've been taught. You, as a man, should never have to try to make her feel attraction, it should occur naturally.

Her ex-boyfriend "gets it". He doesn't care rather she "comes or goes" because he knows he can attract any woman he wants with his sexual presence alone. Women can FEEL when a man like this has options and that's what they are addicted to.

It has NOTHING to do with he words you say or even the things you do. It has EVERYTHING to do with who you are BEING, and you want to allow yourself to be a SEXUAL being.

I promise, if you do NOTHING ELSE and focused on just feeling your balls, allowing that energy to circulate FREELY and letting go of limiting your sexuality, not only will that girl try to hit on you and have sex, but many , MANY women will try to do so...so much so you might feel like you need to 'turn the sexual energy down' once you get the hang of it. From there, things just will naturally lead to physical connection. You won't have to think about it.

That's it. You asked, so you recieved. Cut the porn. Stop jacking off. Stop entertaining that girl for 30 days. And just focus on getting in touch with your sexual beingness, your true self, and watch what happens.

Guys who are successful with girls don't settle for being a girl's friend. It's either they get together physically/romantically, or the guy goes and finds someone who will. He doesn't give girls who try and friendzone him his time nor his attention.

Start teasing her more, flirting and making her chase your validation like you would with a girl you're trying to game. This will flip the script and she will become more attracted to you, even if she hasn't thought of you in that light prior. Kino (physical contact) will also be extremely helpful in shifting the frame from friend to potential partner.

Additionally, if you talk about hooking up with girls then she may become jealous and interested.
