It depends on your hobbies and what you enjoy doing outside of school. At college, the best approach is to be social with everyone. Accept invitations for almost every activity (including smoking weed if you're into that). Be fun to hang out with by trying to get experiences (again, by accepting every invitation that comes your way). If you are okay with being a 5'5" Asian, everyone will be okay with that.

As you have no experience you just need to hang around women and talk with them. Likely you have approach anxiety or are awkward around attractive girls.

That's the first thing you need to do, get comfortable around attractive women.

After that if you want to attract women, do it passively. Join a frat because those guys will rub off you and build up your confidence. Your vibe will be a little different.

Also play to your strengths and weaknesses. You're a 5'5 Asian guy, you're the bottom of barrel dating wise. I'm 5'8 Asian guy so I know.

Either way most girls will stereotype you, it just is what is. However if you dont act like that stereotype it will surprise people.

You will need a tight game but before you do that you gotta build up a belief system and get used to being around girls and not acting goofy around them.
