Yess I actually succeed at this quite often. I would suggest replying to her stories in a funny way. If she doesnt know you already, she will after a while. Your goal is for her to check out your profile, and you better have a dope af profile!

From there, judging from her replies, you can start a convo. When you guys click, its easy enough to arramge a meet-up.

Guys that cold call successfully on Instagram have a lot of followers and a great image based on their Instagram. Everything of his might be fake picture wise, but most of her pics are face tuned and her life is curated.

It's like the opposite of real recognizes real.

That's the foundation.

The next hard part is figuring out how to get her attention. You are probably going after girls with more than 5-10,000 followers. Comments on the pics rarely work. Comments on stories or tagging sometimes works.

Now that she is alerted to your presence, she'll maybe read what you have to say, but usually she'll look at your page instead. Is your page cool? Cool in a way that women like, not what men like.

For the most part, a regular dude going after an Instagram Thot, this is mission impossible. It's easier to get famous in your night life scene than it is get Instagram famous.

1) You can always try to scam a chick - photographer, model scout. Set up a website and actually get some legit modeling pictures. Then you can approach dumb chicks that want to be stars.

2) The Dubai dudes just write checks though. If the chick is Eastern European, or from Florida , Vegas or, Cali - and her travel pics are from the Middle East not Italy or Paris, she found a sponsor.
