I have about 2500 followers but I only follow like 80 people. Kinda the same way, only follow close friends, favorite music artists, and other things that interest me and it’s been brought up by friends, gf, etc. makes you seem like an ass if you don’t follow a “proportionate amount of people” but idc honestly.
