You can kiss close practically anywhere, but do it where it's more secluded.

Whenever you feel ready or there is a lot of sexual tension just bring her in and go for it.

Other than that if you're trying to take her home just ask if she want's to grab a drink or whatever at your place.

Some dude made a post about how cool walking dates are because of all the opportunities for hand holding and other incidental kino and it got many kudoes on this forum.

The "Rapid Escalation" author has a favorite trick, if you're walking down stairs to hold her hand like a real gentleman (like in Titanic though I don't remember the scene).

You can try a trick like, hold up your hand as if to give her a friendly high-five, but spin her around until you're in an embrace. Then either let her go so that you store up her excitement for later, or go for the kiss if the time/place are right.

Or, instead of spinning her around, turn the high-five into gently touching palm to palm and holding laser eye contact, as if you're doing a klingon mind meld. Either break the tension by letting go, or go for it.

On a car date it can be cool, if she's really into you then no strategy is required, just park somewhere and the kiss and makeout will literally happen like ... bang. At most you might have to caress the back of her neck with one hand and wait for her to lean in for the kiss.
