How do you guy's deal with girls flaking on you how do you prevent it and should I try to setup another date?

For example me and this girl were talking a few days ago and she seemed like she was really down to hangout, but yesterday she wasn't really responding to messages and ended up cancelling on me.

I've been getting this quite a bit recently idk why.. anything I should lookout for or try differently?
