Rejection is a part of life.

One thing that’s helped me more than anything is going out with a group of 3-5 friends and so if one of us approaches and the others are watching, we all just laugh it off with another if someone gets rejected.

The only people who are going to be explicitly rude to you are girls with low self esteem, really drunk girls, or girls who are just having a bad day. To which you can say something like: “hey it sounds like you are having a really bad day. I’m sorry if i made it any worse. I hope things get better for you”

This makes them feel dumb for being rude. Any other rejections will be polite.

Soon the rejections won't mean anything so they won't hurt you. Because women can't reject you if they don't know you - which they don't. Remember that when you approach girls, you're both strangers to each other. So warm up by approaching strangers - they don't have power over your confidence because they have no idea who you are.
