It depends what you want.. big difference in the advice I’d give if you said you just want to escalate towards a relationship w/ this guy vs. you want to hookup w/ him.. if it’s a relationship, use this time to get to know him better and find out what he wants and if it sounds like you both want the same thing, be flirty with him w/ your body language and eye contact and see if he’ll escalate.. if it’s a hookup super easy, you just have to find a decent reason to move your hangout to whatever place you can where you can actually hookup.. if you can have a drink there even better (if you guys drink) and then be flirty enough to see if he’ll escalate or if he’s a timid guy, in both examples there’s nothing wrong with you escalating the situation yourself.. it all depends on what you want.. sending you positive vibes and most importantly have fun!

LOL. Does he like you back? Be confident, forward and make lots of eye contact.
