Hey everyone

Im a young guy and i'm in my senior year of high school. My 2 best friends both have girl friends and are really good at talking to girls, we are all good friends but I just wish I had the confidence and skills they had. I dont have a problem with walking up to people and starting a conversation, I just find that my biggest problems are holding conversation for a long period and flirting, showing interest. I know some of you will say don't focus on that and just focus only on school. I just don't want to be totally inept once I graduate and go to university.

Any advice for a young dude trying to learn to be more confident and outspoken when talking to girls.

Btw I've been working out for 5 months so you don't have to mention that :)
