Its better because it's the hand you were dealt and it doesn't make any sense to worry about the hand you weren't dealt. Also, as a man, you get to fuck women. In my opinion, that is objectively 'better' than fucking men. Women are soft and smell amazing.

Neither is better off. Women have their pick of unattractive men which is no advantage. Women also have the disadvantage of being physically vulnerable to stalkers and rapists.
