I have been taught how to be charismatic. It surely has changed my life and got me over my fears of talking to girls. I use to never move my body at all when I would speak to someone. I would just stand there with my hands by my side or in my pockets like a chode. This is a big no, no in game. Motion turns into emotion which is one of the biggest downfalls in everyone's game. I practice this religiously every damn day when I talk to people. I don't care if it's my mom or dad, it's everyone! If you wanna master something quick you have to practice it and make it a daily habit.

Using your body language in combination with your thoughts will get you present and out of your head. Don't worry about the fucking gestures either cause that is just stupid. Just express yourself any way you want. I close my eyes sometimes when I get really into it.

  1. Practice saying this using charisma (My name is Bob).
  2. Don't gesticulate every word. This will make you look robotic.
  3. Practice presence - Do daily 15 minute meditations.
  4. Practice congruence - Congruence is when your thoughts, words, and actions align with your body language.
  5. Find your gesture - Pick an expansive gesture and use say I Love Myself if you want, but you can use anything that's high energy.
  6. Flow - The secret to achieving flow is "focus" when you focus on being present within and just using your body language to express yourself you find that flow state will be much easier to access.
  7. Don't be robotic - Don't show fake authenticity, people will pick it up and call it out. Whatever emotion you choose to express with the gesticulation, you express it. End of story.
  8. How to game sing low charisma - use smaller gestures and be more precise.
  9. How to game using high charisma - use expansive gestures throughout your conversation.
  10. It's all in the delivery

Exercises

  1. Ask several people Hey, how is your day going with different vibes and try to notice how each person responds to you.
  2. Go up to a girl and make her laugh by saying something that you
  3. Make a group of girls laugh with body language alone. Timing is everything. I've done this before and it is not impossible.
  4. Make random cashiers, and waitresses laugh.
  5. Act it out by using your body language only. This is like playing the game charades. Do this for 90 seconds untell you fucking feel this shit in your bones.
  6. Use your body while you sing. You might find yourself reaching those notes that you just couldn't reach as I did. I am now an ALTO.

The more you practice this, the wittier you will become. This is also how to develop a great personality which you can game with. Everything you say can cause an emotional response. IE preening or face touching. They also might do this just cause you are attractive. Don't rely on this though and actually get to know someone.
