So I went to sit outside on a bench and some chick who was sitting far away before came and sat at the bench opposite mine. She was on the phone laughing to whoever but came and sat near me and glanced at me twice. Did she want me to chat to her or not? I wanted to because of the two looks but she stayed on the phone the whole time and got up and left while still on the phone. Should I have interrupted her call and chatted to her or do you think the looks were a coincidence?
