Thanks man. Really great post.. I can agree with most of what you said. When I was a freshman i wasted a lots of time around getting girls and my friends to like me.. which fucked me real bad. My grade fell down,I grew socially anxious, i felt miserable cause i was constantly overthinking what other thinks of me.. to cut it short IT WAS MISERABLE AND PATHETIC.

Now this year I've been taking care of myself - I try to look sharp, take shower everyday , study well, Trying to plan out the future.. I'm still struggling in many things but somehow I'm still hopeful and taking steps in right direction.

This advice also applies to after college and you start working. Doing well in your career and a strong social circle is pretty important for your core self confidence, also in attracting and retaining girls.
