This is dumb as fuck. She'll be cheating on your poor broke ass the moment an older successful man tells her to get on his dick. Men don't hit their prime value until they are 30+ with a solid professional career, developed adult hobbies, social groups with people of utility, and have enough world experience to be confident in the shit they do. Women hit their prime around 17~18 and start the glide down after 25.

The best years to marry a girl are when she's 21~24 and your 30~44. 45+ is pushing it cause you don't want teenager angst when your trying to chill out and relax. Marrying a girl who's around your age is just placing a giant "cheap starter husband" sign over your head.

Marriage for anyone thinking this way is a dead end. Marriage isn't for game playing. Marriage is an entirely different set of values and disciplines. Marriage isn't about sex. It's about character, commitment, and compassion. Sex is a part of the relatedness but it isn't the beginning or the end. I've been happily married to a 10 for 10 years and I can tell you your head is fully up your ass if you think you're going to have anything close to a LTR with this crap. Thinking this garbage as an insight into any LTR is the first sign you shouldn't be within 10 city blocks of of anyone who would have you. Good luck.
