This is personal experience talking:

There are millions of women out there. Don't get oneitis thinking that "only one" girl is right for you. Especially if she's unattainable. That sounds like you just want to knock your head against the wall and then beat yourself up for being a failure.

Re-think what you can offer to women and what they can do for you. You should have the emotional strength to be able to have fulfilling, 2-way relationships with many women.

If you feel anxious or confused no problem there are some popular books that help a lot.
