If they are responding to your questions eventually you should hit a point where the conversation is going on too long for them to be doing it out of politeness, they clearly like you. By then if you haven’t already escalated with flirty compliments, it’s time to do so or she will get bored. I usually ask her to dance grab her hands, spin her around pull her close, lock eyes, as if to go for the the kiss THEN AT THE LAST MOMENT BAIL OUT, this tease will lead to a guaranteed kiss the next time you go in. If she kisses you then she’ll probably fuck you, if not that night maybe on the second meeting. But converting a kiss at a club to a fuck is a different story entirely.

There are lots of books and videos on night game that will have a lot more techniques and lines than you get here.

Basically you have to open the entire group, entertain the group and try to get their tacit or explicit permission to focus on just one girl. If you take her from the group you have to bring her back again or they will hunt you down and take her back.
