Your inner game heals as you start to see positive results. Every guy that started out in game had bad inner game some worse than others but that’s kinda how it works the techniques and all that shot are for the most part to get positive feedback from girls when you have know idea how to talk to them. Once you start getting positive results your inner game starts to heal and get stronger.

The outer game feeds the inner game and vice verse but you kinda gotta start with the outer game. You can read all the books on game and inner game you want but until you experience positive results for yourself you won’t fully understand or live it.
