To a large degree, you are as attractive as you think you are and you are as unattractive as you think you are.

Do you understand what relationships are between men and women? The physical side - including sex and orgasms - and the emotional side?

"Ugliness" and "Beauty" are factors in the relationships between men and women but they have almost nothing to do with things such as, being emotionally supportive, being happy and fun, or with achieving sexual fulfillment. Those two factors are 90% or more of what makes a good relationship. If your partner is "good looking" then it can make sex more exciting, especially the first few times. And it gives you bragging rights when it comes to acting superior with your friends of the same sex. "Look I'm dating a 10."

You should try to be as good-looking as possible in order to achieve as much as possible of those extra 10% bonus points that are available. Then, stop worrying about it and concentrate on fulfilling the other 90% of what makes good relationships happen.

Especially important, you should never listen to incel bullshit from miserable, bitter losers.

No. If I was ever mistreated by someone it's probably because I had a bad vibe.

Ok ... I was called "the devil" and "Mr. Spock" around grade 2 or 3 because my eyebrows looked like an owl.

I'll give you a real world example. Two of my buddies in high school had really bad acne.

One guy was pretty confident. Dated girls, could hang out and act cool. Nobody every mentioned his acne. Literally nobody ever brought it up. High school kids are really gossipy and backstabbing and his acne never came up in conversation either to his face or behind his back.

The other guy was insecure. A nice guy but a try-hard and was always a bit comical in his efforts to act cool and hang out. The nasty high school kids brought up his acne all the time. "Ewww and his zits are so gross."

It's not fair to pick on someone because of things in their appearance that they can't change. However it's in everybody's ability to learn to be cool and secure in themselves ... in which case the personal attacks diminish to practically nothing.
